The Independent Schools Foundation Limited (“ISF” or the “Foundation”) is governed by a volunteer body known as the Board of Governors (the “Board”), the members of which serve as directors of the Foundation. The Board is responsible for the leadership and control of the Foundation as well as providing oversight of, and support for, The Independent Schools Foundation Academy Limited (the “Academy”) as the School Sponsoring Body (SSB) and also The Independent Schools Foundation Pre-School Limited (the “Pre-School”). It oversees the business, strategic decisions and performance of the Foundation and provides the sponsorship and financial support to the Academy and the Pre-School. The Board is collectively responsible for promoting the success of the Foundation, the Academy and the Pre-School.
