At the culmination of their academic journey, encompassing exacting assessments, multifaceted activities and personal endeavors, our graduates have remained focused, steadfast and positive, unperturbed by external distractions and pressures throughout the examination period. Their shared demonstration of excellence is irrefutable evidence of a robust ISF education, driven by a transformative and innovative curriculum and unique experiential learning, all of which have equipped them with practical competencies, tenacity and fortitude to overcome adversity and uncertainties. As we celebrate this collaborative success, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and profound gratitude to our graduates, dedicated faculty members, and supportive ISF families. Each has played an integral role in accomplishing this remarkable outcome.\u00a0 Together, the ISF community stands in the spirit of excellence that defines our institution which commemorates the 20th anniversary of its founding this year,” said Dr. Malcolm Pritchard, Head of School.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Since the first IBDP cohort in 2012, the size of the ISF graduating class has grown steadily to reach a new record this year, with 83 students enrolled in the Diploma. The majority of our graduates have been a part of the ISF community since Foundation Year. As a non-selective school, these exceptional results are evidence of the rigor of our curriculum, solid academic strength and unwavering commitment to excellence in learning across the entire cohort. In addition, ISF continues to record a high percentage of Bilingual Diploma recipients, which attests to the strong academic and cultural literacy of our students in both English and Chinese.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The Class of 2024 has received more than 530 offers from top ranking universities and tertiary institutions around the world, including 16 offers from highly competitive medical schools. This year\u2019s matriculation list includes the Ivy League schools of Columbia University, Dartmouth College, and the University of Pennsylvania. Also represented in the US are Duke University, Stanford University, Georgia Institute of Technology, New York University, Northwestern University, the University of California, the University of Michigan, the University of Southern California, and Boston University. It is particularly notable to mention our graduates\u2019 new foray into specialty institutions such as Babson College, Middlebury College, Scripps College, Swarthmore College, and Williams College, and to universities such as Tufts University, George Mason University, Hofstra University, Emory University, and Case Western Reserve University.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Among the prestigious offers in the UK are the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, University College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of St. Andrews, University of Bath, University of Bristol, Durham University, the University of Edinburgh, University of Manchester, and University of Warwick. Other successful applications included the University of Toronto, McGill University, the University of Waterloo, and the University of British Columbia in Canada; as well as the top three local universities: the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Tsinghua University, in the People\u2019s Republic of China, has also been impressed by ISF students.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Accompanying these offers is a total of 39 scholarships amounting to HK$14 million.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The members of the Class of 2024 will pursue a multitude of majors from medicine, physiotherapy, veterinary science, law, engineering, computer science, robotics, industrial design, environmental science, psychology, economics, politics, international business, aviation to liberal studies, archaeology, humanities, architecture, language and linguistics, fashion, film, classics, philosophy, journalism, and fine arts. Such diversity showcases ISF students\u2019 adventurous aspirations and curiosity in pushing their limits and making an impact in all possible disciplines.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cWe take great pride in the wide spectrum of interests and ambitions of our graduates.\u00a0 The sheer number of offers and scholarships extended to our students is a resounding external endorsement of academic excellence from tertiary admissions teams worldwide, recognizing the outstanding potential promised by these fine young adults, shaped and nurtured within the distinctive ISF environment and our core values of The Eight Virtues + One<\/em>,\u201d concluded Dr. Pritchard.<\/p>
